About "Gristle"...

My wife jokingly gave me the nickname one morning, in reference to my "rougher edges". Funny but fair...
I told our kids as I taught myself to play (into my 40's, and they laughed at first), "If anyone ever pays me $$$ to play guitar and sing, I'll feed other kids with it!"...
To my own delight and surprise, I played an open mic and was offered my first gig just after. I thought more deeply about my statement to my kids and example ...
Did you know $1 can provide up to six meals for someone hungry, not at our table? Breakfast, lunch and dinner, for a neighbor and their child. $3 can provide a hot meal and warmth at a mission...
By definition, "gristle is tough but also cushions, connects and supports". I like that. It somehow fits my musical tastes, style, and aspirations. I play for people, food, and fun.

* Self-taught guitarist, singer, and songwriter since 2015.

* Performing professionally since 2019 at restaurants, taverns, bars, parties, parks, street corners... Anywhere!

* Appearances at: PH_Steakhouse, Gladstone Tavern, FOMO, Bar Cilento, Bernie's, Black Horse Tavern, Horseshoe Tavern, Fiddler's CC and many other private events/venues.

* I play and enjoy all types of music, including Classic Rock, Pop, Country, Folk, etc. (some set lists in pic gallery).

* I accept advance bookings for affordable, competitive industry rates (please ask); for public venues, private parties, and social events (let's talk about your music needs).

* I sometimes perform with another guitarist as Gristle&Bone.
